Cool idea!
I think that a fixed camera that allows the player to see the complete level would help.

Number selection is a bit buggy. The idea is great. You'll probably need a level with a fixed camera, or a camera that zoom in/out in order to see all the opponents. Perhaps less holes but spikes/bumper... For me, the fun part comes when I use a big number :)
I think I found the balance! I put 100 in, 200 basically crashed the game. Also you can accidentally add negative troops and it wouldn't let me add any to make it positive. Glitches aside, I liked the idea of the game and the artstyle. The concept of the game was fun and the characters controlled pretty well
This is an interesting concept though it is incredibly difficult to see what is going on due to a buggy camera. I did like the art style though.
Thank you for the feedback :D
Having the ability to spawn as many troops as you'd like is a little chaotic. I immediately decided to place in many MANY troops and the camera did not enjoy it very much. It kept teleporting around the screen. You can go negative troops, but nothing happens. It ends immediately. It is a cute style and concept though.
Im glad you liked it. I was gonna have a maximum of 15 troops but i liked the idea of adding hundreds of troops and messing around with them, i wasnt paying attention to that part of the though so i could make the camera handle that many people

Im sorry about the camera, i didnt have time to optimize it correctly
It's not a problem! It's a game jam, we get it :)
That + button was acting weird but I eventually got it working. Overall this was a nice game but the camera felt a little off. At least a glimpse of the whole level at the beginning of each level would have been better.
I added the 16x16 characters at the end. My place holders where bigger so camera was zoomed out and I didnt really have time to optimize the camera for 16x16 sprites
Cool fun game. The colliders were a bit buggy! I didn't really understand the enemy number part as the "+" button didn't work for me and only the "-" button did so the number went into negative and therefore the game didn't start. The music was cool the game could have done better with better levels!
Thank You. Im not really sure why the + button didnt work. It also didnt work for me but i thought it was a bug from my mouse because i have a touch screen laptop and using the screen it worked perfectly
There was a really good idea behind this! The gameplay would've been a lot more fun with some back-buttons, better (bigger) cameraview, bug fixes etc.
With some new challenging levels this could be super cool!
thanks, im glad you liked it
