I absolutely love this. Riding balloons to get to a space station: mad and brilliant! It was so much fun trying to dodge those chickens--I love the chicken sprite in ToyBoxJam. It would be really cool to add a way to swing when you're hanging on a balloon, to let you build up a bit of momentum to make bigger jumps, or being able to climb up and down on the strings too.
A short, fun, imaginative, unique game, perfect game jam entry :)
I'm not sure what the difficulty levels mean, and I didn't see a difference between "mild" and "rock". In both cases, I won easily. Mainly I just took longer in "mild" because I couldn't tell at first how the balloons work or how to actually enter the space station.
One other problem, the balloons appear to spawn in one big batch at first and then dwindle from there. This means that if the player doesn't figure out the mechanics quickly, they'll have nothing to do.
This was hilarious. It was really fun, and it just has a great sense of humor. I love the zoom in on the space station - very dramatic lol. Great game!
I've had a lovely time playing this. It's a great idea implemented really well, the controls felt great too, I just wish there were more levels. The space helmet wearing chickens are freaking funny!
