Theme

Pinball City

Correlation to theme
There are pinball like sounds and it is chiptune.

TO THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY LISTENED: I rearranged the song to make it better so please listen again :3

In the far future, pinball machines have been found to be a very effective energy source. However, the energy is very hard to harness, and only a select few cities are able to do so. The biggest of these cities is the Pinball Paragon! A city run fully by pinball machines, filled with chiptune musicians, and also a guitarist (cuz why not honestly).

The intro with ambient noises makes me feel like I just walked into an arcade and am getting ready to play the pinball machine. Same at the end when leaving the arcade. The chiptune sounds authentic to the NES era and I have so much respect for you and all others who are able to write fun and memorable melodies in the chiptune style. Great work and thank you for sharing!

Not gonna lie, I am not usually fan of chiptune, but I kinda dig the theme you got going on! I can very well imagine this in a city (though the speed and hype it has from 0:56+ onwards makes it feel kinda like a battle song as well! I like this increase in hype). I also love the inclusion of actual pinball sounds like coin-sounds, and the short intro (I imagine plays as you enter the city).

You have plenty of instrumental layers (drum, bass, melody) so I wonder why the song feels a bit shallow and not so full as I would expect though. Maybe it's the volume of the bass. Either way, I don't mind at all, it sounds nice either way :)

Overall, great entry!

Great job.

I love chiptune music a lot, so you get 10/10 :)

I really like the melody. It sounds like a Toby Fox (Undertale) composition. The sound of the bumpers is very well integrated into the music. It's a great composition!

Can perfectly picture an old NES game with wacky pinball-theme machinery everywhere.
