A very indie game in essence! I felt like playing a living art made in Corel Draw on a Windows 98 being emulated inside an NEC PC98. The gameplay gimmicks are the strong point here. In contrast the music and its imposed atmosphere do not go well with art and plot in general. Also the foggy sexualization of the main character is a sad cons.

Hey! Thanks for the review. Did you play this game on Windows PC? I see the Game Over screen didn`t stretch to match the screen size but it down on my Mac... I want to troubleshoot this issue since my artists and I both use Mac PCs here in Japan.

Yeah in Win10 indeed. But my screen capture has been cropped by image editor. It is all OK in Win10.

Update!

Ok, I officially have a team member now. I`m working with a cool artist in Tokyo who wants to contribute some cute art to the story!

Also, we decided to change the game`s main character,  so the title has changed from "Jango`s Run" to "MiyaBee`s Run". (Hint: any guesses as to who or what the main character in this game will be)?

More updates coming soon. Only a few more days before the game submission deadline so we`ll be hard at work!

Everyone involved in the Jam is doing an amazing job so far! There should be some stiff competition for the top prize!

Developer`s Note:

This demo is just for the programming and game mechanics. There were also some issues with the WebGL Build for this game since I was trying to be any and use the latest version of Unity (Unity 2020). Chrome & WebGL don`t seem to like that version too much, so I`m going to rebuild the game in 2017, just to be safe.

Will be adding more gameplay mechanics and proper graphics soon! But I wanted to get a simple-looking game submitted for this jam already! :) More upgrades coming soon!
