I had to watch a video to know what to do. It broke every time I played it and the camera seemed to get stuck. I was able to finish the game by walking through a wall and falling into the final room. I think the atmosphere is good and I'm a fan of the code to the lock being visible from the balcony. The entire section leading up to the code being shown felt unintuitive and lacked any direction. The spindle moving the furniture doesn't make sense to me and the floorboard that you flip up to reveal the battery looked the same as the rest of the floor nor there was their any indication that the crowbar would work there. I think this was a decent attempt, especially for a solo dev.
I haven't been able to finish it, the game breaks easily. I figured out that if you walk backwards into a wall that you go through it and fall through the world. I like the atmosphere, and really liked the gameplay mechanic of the doors that bring you to different locations.
I like how you we're able to create a great athmosphere in the game using only simple textures. The sounds in the game are pretty well done the only comentary I have is maybe add some passive background noises so there isn't just silence inbetween interactions. I noticed that you tried to fix the room bugs by making the room behind the door dissapear and making the door close when you're not looking at it, but this didn't always work and I feel out of the game about 3 times before being able to complete it. I got told by someone else that played it how ever that this is just because of my playstyle of playing games.
