Day 11: Here's a cool summoning spell that brings in a temporary hero! 🦸🏾


DAy 11 and there's not much left of the rogue once I got through with it. Most of the other capstone abilities (level 20 features you'll never see in play) have been usable I think. but the extra turn a rogue gets at the beginning of every fight might be a little OP.

Beauty Kills - The Siren class for B/X is my late entry for Day 10.

This was my first attempt at writing a class for B/X (I don't usually play straight retro D&D or retroclones). It might be very unbalanced, and halfway through writing it, I realized it would probably have worked better as a monster. But, despite all odds, it is here.

I wouldn't be surprised if there were DMs out there already using this take on alignment. MTG and DnD do share a lot overlapping players 😏

Day 13: Fearsome Critters. Weirdo North American folklore monsters that provide bizarre challenges for people trying to hunt them.

Day 15: A fearsome lizardfolk mercenary and his pet dragon for the party to face down against or pair up with! 🦎😮‍💨🐲

Broke my streak, there's just too damn many spells to read. Here's a late day 14 with a selection of arcane spells

And here's a shorter list of nature spells to catch up to day 15. Going through this list it really feels like the high level spells are things that should be boss monster powers, or even entire adventures on their own. Letting characters do lower level magic constantly feels like the right choice though.
