Nice job, this is a fun idea! I think you could argue that the beer is the key item in this case =) The music and art is really nice, though the tables don't quite fit the style of the rest of the game? Probably just because the scale is smaller.
It's a simple loop but pretty satisfying. I think if you had more time to add some more subtle touches, like mugs being left on the table, would be really cool too. Maybe night gets harder cause you have to bus the mugs back to the wash? Upgrades are nice as well, I see a lot of potential if you want to expand it!
yeah, we kinda just saw tavern and ran with it lol. Not a big deal. And yeah, the tables are the artists and I made the floors lol. Yeah...hahah.
I agree, we had no time really for the extras. There is half the coding for trash being left behind but it got hashed out as I couldn't get it to work. Ya know, hahah. I'm not entirely sure if we will come back to this project as we are starting the next jam. Thank you for the feedback 😊

The tavern of dreams: the waitress runs with a fresh pint of beer even before you've taken a seat by the table.
It's small fun bartending game, I like the idea with tavern upgrades as well. Yeah, it's a bummer you guys haven't noticed the theme, but I think the team has great potential!
With the art, I'd say try making background a bit more subtle, its TOO Detailed, and a bit hard to look at for a long time.

haha thank you, yeah we all didn't look closely at the jam but it's whatever. We do them to get better anyway, not to win. We did notice that the floor and tables were too close in color but had too many other things I was trying to cram in there. Thank you for the feedback! Happy gaming!
