I fully confess I, personally, am unlikely to need this tool, but there are instances where people won't have access to digital dice rollers, have spiritual reasons for not using tarot or face cards, or may be under some kind of imprisonment (jail, psych ward, etc) where certain tools are restricted.
This document is written for brevity, which I appreciate, but honestly I think it would be nice to see it expanded and more bluntly explained.

(I'm saying it's good, I just want more.)

I plan to expand it and to figure out randomizers that aren't cards or dice - the Solo TTRPG community occasionally mentions the problems of "what can I use while on vacation somewhere remote, or as a passenger in a car (or plane), where I may have a printed rulebook but can't roll dice or draw cards even if I have them?"

Great idea. I really need a dice to tarot conversion as my household regards Tarot cards as sacred so not for games. But really I’d need more detail like a table to show how you are getting to each card.

Thanks! I plan to expand it; I ran into deadline issue. I will make a more detailed dice-to-Tarot section, probably with tables.

I have Tarot decks for reading and Tarot decks specifically bought for gaming purposes, but I know not everyone wants that. I definitely didn't want to use my normal decks for gaming.

Neat idea! I like that this also gives inspiration for creating new systems.
