I survived!

Developer

Well done!

I'm not sure I understand the mechanics behind the meters, but the actual gameplay was polished and worked well. It was satisfying to cut stuff (Mechanically), and the core concept of splitting the food to try and please everyone and make it go around was not only thematically appropriate but also an interesting gameplay challenge.

Developer

Thank you! We're glad you liked it!

I cut that banana into tiny pixels, muahaha

That's the spirit! 🍌

Awesome idea and execution - the gameplay felt very clean and I bet the mesh splitting part wasn't exactly easy to code :)

The only issue I had when playing this game was that I did not felt like my cutting choices affected the mood of any of the eaters.

Maybe the bars could represent the data better, or maybe attach the info about the percentage of the food each person got?

Developer

Thank you very much for the feedback! We went with the bars as a representation how much stuffed the characters are, since it's the easiest way.

We actually should have used two separate screens for gain and loss of the mood directly after the eating, so people understand better what's happening. But that's what feedback is for :)

Really nice game! I love its art and mechanics.  I only have one issue, the game took too long to load in my browser :(

Developer(+1)

Thank you! The build has a size of about 25MB. Depending on your bandwidth this may take some time. But we hope patience is worth the waiting.

Submitted(+2)

This was fun and the art and vibe were great! The cutting and picking items up both worked really smooth too.

Developer

Thank you so much. We're glad to hear you enjoyed it.

Really cool cutting. Who is sitting where?

Developer(+1)

The hands are indicating the characters. The dog is i the right, up goes Liam, left for Sarah and the Grandma is cutting the stuff :)

Developer(+1)

Thank you! This is kinda tricky, but if you look closely enough you'll check it out.

Amazing concept and graphics! I love how fluid the cutting mechanism was. One thing I would have liked was icons of the people during the cutting phase as it was confusing to figure out who was who, except for the dog. I enjoyed playing the game nonetheless!

Developer(+1)

Thank you for the feedback! We talked about it internally during the planning phase and thought the hands should be enough to indicate who is who, but apparently a lot of people had trouble with it. I guess profile icons might be a good update for the future :)

Amazing cutting mechanism! All I cared about was feeding the cute dog, though. :P

Developer(+1)

Thanks! 🐶

Super cool concept and look, although it's a bit buggy. If you drop a whole pizza on 1 plate and click next, you know what I mean.

Developer(+1)

Absolutely! The QA Department doesn't seem to have taken its job too seriously :)

Very nice concept!

thanks!

Very very cool concept. One time some food fell of the table and I was screening at my screen.

Developer(+1)

That's the spirit :D Thank you!

chop chop master onion! some feedback is missing for the player but the overall experience of cutting stuff is fulfilling

Developer(+1)

Thank you :)

Realy nice idea ! Like it ! :D

Developer(+1)

We're glad you enjoyed it!

Submitted(+3)

Nice idea. It's just that food dropped twice "below" the table and i couldn't pick it up.

Developer(+2)

Yeah, the food I a little too glitchy in some occasions. But thanks for testing and feedback! :)

Submitted(+3)

Such a cool and simple concept! I enjoyed the game a lot

Developer(+1)

Thank you! <3

Pretty cool game! Would be nice to see some kind of visual representation or weight measurements of how well you split the pieces each round but other than that really can't complain. Really well made!

Developer(+1)

Yep, clear and visual feedback after the split is the only thing we were not able to implement in time. Thanks for testing and the feedback!
