This jam is now over. It ran from 2024-06-17 16:00:00 to 2024-06-29 08:00:00.

Welcome to the 2024

Whether as part of a team or as a solo developer, design a board game prototype. You'll then have the chance to playtest and network with fellow analogue game enthusiasts at this year's Staffs Con.

Is there a theme?

Nope! As long as it's a board game that follows the rules of the jam, that's all that matters! Of course, if you want to playtest your game and still have time to enjoy Staffs Con then try and limit your gameplay experience to be 15 minutes or less (either in the form of a small game, or a demo of a larger system.)

Are there any rules?

  • Submission must be an analogue game.
  • Content of the submission must be appropriate/SFW for play at a university event such as Staffs Con.
  • If you want your game playtested/reviewed at Staffs Con, a team member must be present at the event, with a physical copy of your game.
  • Make sure you bring your physical copy of the game to Staffs Con with enough time for your game to be played/reviewed.

What about Staffs Con?

Staffs Con 2024 will be taking place at the Catalyst building on Saturday the 29th June from 9am-1pm then 2pm-6pm. Table 9 (Tyler's table) is specifically for submissions to the Staffs Analogue Games Jam.
