This game resonated with me as someone who spent a good deal of time thinking about, studying, and briefly working in archaeology.  You can't help but wonder about the people that made the artifacts you find in the ground.  I wish I had these kinds of powers.

I really liked the art for the story board images.  They gave off a surreal vibe that looked like the sort of thing you could see in a history book.

I liked the game a lot. The story was well written and I thought the themes were presented well. I also liked the digging mechanic. It reminded me of the Pokemon digging mechanic from the Sinnoh games. The gameplay was very focused and simple in a good way.

As for some small feedback for improvements, some of the text was a bit difficult for me to read due to the font (maybe that's just me, though) and a restart button at the end would be a nice QOL improvement so the user doesn't need to reload the page to play again. But those were really small issues, I enjoyed the game overall!

This has such a nice balance of game mechanics and story. There's some level of strategy involved but not so much that it's too difficult to get to the narrative bits

This almost made me cry!! I loved every second of it, the mechanic of being an archeologist, the memories you get to hear, and the story! There is so much here  and I would love to see more of it! But this little game is just perfect as is, its so relaxing and reminds me a little bit of mind sweeper so it has the added challenge to it~
