A cute little story about a cat going to a ball. I thought it was a fun game with very nice art. I did find that there were some pauses that felt a bit odd, and I did miss having sound throughout. However, great work for a solo dev!
Where do I begin? This was so beautiful!
The entire french culture literally invading the screen in every possible way gave it a very fresh air. The text, written like a galant tale, fitting of the graciousness of the designs (Both, sprites and backgrounds), literally makes me talk a bit like that myself!
I loved the story, and the little but very meaningful options. Went with Nivelles and even tho they didn't win the ball, it felt like Soubrette had the best of times anyway! Really lovely story and ending! They only thing I might think of is the lack of music? By the end, the ball had very faint music for which I had to turn the volume real up, and at the begining, I heard the opera singing but it shut pretty quick. Maybe it was my pc? Hope it was just that.
Other than that, a beautiful well crafted novel <3

Thank you for your kind words! If you're playing the game and want to access the main menu, you can select the "Prefs" option at the bottom right corner. From there, the far left of the screen will display various options, and the button to take you to the Main Menu is just over half-way down.

OMG This is so cute! My maiden heart flutters in this dreamy story. The arts are so lovely. It has cute cats and BIRB! What not to love?! I haven't unlocked the other cat, but Nivelles is such charming cat (and I'm sure the other one too!). Super love it!

Super charming! The cats were all the appropriate mix of goofy and thinking themselves the fanciest things, and Soubrette in particular! The dialogue all around was fun and fitting, and matched well to the tale. Nicely done!

This was SO cute! Such a cozy little game. The sprites were just adorable, and I really liked the way your backgrounds looked too. The ending CG was so cute too! We need more cat games out there...

I like to play some of the cute and fluffier stuff after working on my projects cos I tend to go quite dark, and playing through fluffy things makes me smile :D
I was so happy when I saw this because we have a kitty cat in our project too! Ours is called Sorbet, so now I just have an image in my head of Sorbet and Soubrette as chibis together x3

This was such a cute little game! It was the first one from the game jam submissions I downloaded to play and you capture kitty antics wonderfully. I also liked the two choices of cats, and played through them both ^_^
