Super cool mechanics, I really liked the graphics, very good entry!

Loved the art and overall ambience! I also love the concept with the staple gun. I *did* get stuck in the starting room for a while because I shot some staples that affixed themselves in the doorway lol. And that experience communicated to me that I'd be able to shoot staples into anything, so it was a bit rough until I shot the lights. But, overall, a fun experience!

Really nice concept and level design! The glide mechanic is OP, I'm not sure it's meant to be this effective. If used with the fans you can jump reeeally high and skip a lot of stuff. And thank goodness because if I had to get past the white walls by climbing my own staples I would fail miserably. Don't have time to complete it right now, maybe I'll try again. Nice job!

What a pretty and atmospheric game!

I really enjoy the staple gun concept too! I love how the game doesn't really punish you for using a too many staples or anything, gives the player a lot of freedom.

I can't play/rate it due to the lack of a Web build, but the game looks interesting from the screenshots and the gameplay video posted below.

Great presentation in terms of visuals and audio and I thankfully didn't encounter any performance problems.
I also liked the overall gameplay with the stapler mechanic.

But as someone already mentioned, at first I didn't realize you were supposed to shoot the yellow lights.

After playing for a while I managed to get my time down to 104.97s.

Thank you for Speed Running the game, good to hear that you liked it! 104s is very impressive, we did not realize you would be able to use the glide in that kind of way. Good intuition! How long/takes did it take you to complete the game?

Thanks :)

I would say it took me about 45 minutes to beat the game for the first time and another 30 minutes to get the run in the video.
I only finished the game after discovering the trick with the fan, so I'm not sure how long a playthrough without it would take.

I love the atmosphere of the game, it's a solid 3rd person platformer too. I think some guidance on the glowing buttons in the start would be good for new players as I managed to get to the 3rd platform using the nail gun, then couldn't figure out what to do for longer than I'd like to admit.

I really love the concept of you building your own platforms too, and the steam punk sound effects tied it all together.
well Done

It seemed really fun, shame about the poor performance tho. Would have loved to beat it.

Sorry to hear that, we are going to try and optimize it if possible so it works. I will let you know if we have!

I would play & rate it but I can't even leave the first room cuz of my super-potato computer lol. Looks beautiful from the pictures though!

Sorry about that, we didn’t have much time to optimize. Though even on our own system, it only lags for the first 40ish seconds while shaders compile, after that it ran pretty smooth, even if we restarted the game.

i recommend trying it one more time and giving it  a minute to adjust.

Either way we’ll see If we’re allowed to do some quick optimizations.
