nice graphics but a bit too simple.
Since goal of the game is moving up I'd suggest you focus camera above the raccoon. Camera smooth movment itself seemed pretty good.

Graphics are cute. Movement was a bit weird, I got stuck sometimes and had to jump to unstuck myself. Also, as somebody already mentioned, the game doesn't have a timer! 

The music and sound was really good along with the artwork but I must say that collision detection was very weird and the controls would break sometimes but other than that it was pretty fun! Reminded me of a easier version of getting over it lol, Good job!

I don't want to say anything bad about the game. But I liked the music, and special respect to the composer.

I finished the game but I did not find a timer nor a leaderboard as required by the Jam, I just got a "You win" text
