Relaxing game! Doesn't seem to be suitable for speedrunning though given the fixed timer...

good but doesn't follow theme
You need to grab/steal as many cookies as possible. The sound effects reinforces that, so it does technically fit the theme but not in the most obvious way I admit.
I think this is along the line of the kids game of "Who stole the cookie from the cookie jar" enforced along with the audio cues. I think it's just not as commonly known, but I get it.
