Really liked the combo system you've got.

Once again seeing you make a sega master system game is very cool. Thanks for creating!

Many thanks!

I really appreciate you packaging an emulator with the download because I don't know that I would've gone out of the way to get one myself. I think the core concept is really good but it would've been nice to see the ideas pushed a bit further so there was some difference between red and blue enemies, or maybe additional enemies that are only red or blue. And I don't know the limitations of the Master System so it might not have been possible, but I would've liked some kind of background music or ambient sound (though the sound design in my game was a bit lacking so I can't judge you too harshly for that).

But congrats on making a Master System rom! There aren't many people who can say they've done that.

Many thanks! Indeed, it would have been possible to add much more enemy types; it was more of a time limitation, rather of a hardware one; as for the music/SFX, it's more of a case of me not very good at making sounds for the platform... 🤣

Played it on an emulator and it ran smoothly ^^

Pretty cool that you made this for master system, i can't imagine how hard this must have been, considering system limitations and all O_o

Anyway, rambling aside :p had fun with the game and the color switching mechanic paired with maintaining the combo chain if you don't miss is pretty cool.

Had fun playing this, good job :)

Many thanks! It was a bit of a challenge but, fortunately, I already had a bunch of f SHMUP-oriented reusable code libraries written for my previous entries, that I intend to gradually expand to, hopefully, become a full reusable engine in the future.

Well i can imagine it definitively is, even with a codebase :o
