Cool ideas. You could try laying it out with some breakout areas that state the important points you are making in each section. Also as others have mentioned some tables rather than saying you could do this or this may help make it more usable in the moment.

Nice job. This feels more like a single adventure than an entire setting, but I think there is nice inspiration for the setting in the adventure. I love an ancient vibe too.

Hometowns & BackgroundsThis is a unique, thematic setting and adventure space, but it's really only worth one read through. I would've hoped to see more more sandbox (no pun intended) elements to help reinforce the living world that was introduced in the beginning. The text is a nice wellspring of ideas, but it's not a usable "bible" or reference for running a game.
