Nice! I love some of the more detailed pieces of equipment that come with their own stories/background. Very cool!
I like having the additional list and I am sure the 'Properties' are listed in core books like ShadowDark but it is always good to include them to keep the reader from having to flip pages, especially if they are new to the system.

Fine list, though -- maybe it's just me -- I like equipment to come with illustrations of the items. That said, my favorite entries were the dwarvish/elvish, etc. pieces that had some connection to the world.

I really like the selection of new weapons and the physical descriptions of them! For ease of use, I would have preferred the game statistics to be before the physical descriptions, particularly for the weapons with special properties. That being said, there's some cool stuff in here that I'd love to try out.
