I felt it was a bit to short but the idea was great and I still enjoyed playing very much and look forward to updates.

I liked the overall story, I was curious to explore more and why the AI did what it did

This was neat, and I'm sure it was a great learning experience.

Fantastic art design and animation! I can’t believe you got it done in a week. As someone who animates in their free time, I understand the intricacies of sprite animation and I’m in awe. Also a sucker for games that utilize 2D elements in a 3D environment. Even though it’s short and limited (understandable for a week’s worth of dev time), the art direction of this one will definitely stick with me.

I would love to see more to the game and where the story and minigames go. Keep it up!

I can see the hardwork put in the game for all those animations. It was a little short but great effort man. Gave it a five star rating would be great if you did the same :)

Would have liked to have any kind of sound and the wire puzzle wasn't working for me :/ Cool concept and art though!

As a fellow animator myself, I appreciate all the hard work put in doing those walk cycles, cool stuff!

Game was a bit short unfortunately, but I'm curious to see what other ideas for minigames you have

Thank you very much! I'm absolutely a beginner when it comes to animation (that's my second walk cycle ever) so I think I took more time than necessary on it, which then impacted my ability to provide the rest of the assets on time for Poioio, the dev. I'm glad it came out looking nice though!

We had intended to add a "simon says" type of game with sequences to memorize and enter, a "mastermind" type where you had to guess a password, and a "conversation tree" game where you had to convince the AI to do what you needed it to do.

I might have been able to do it if it weren't for my day job, but we definitely overscoped for the amount of time we actually had. ^^'

I like the gamesystem you created, I hope continue developing the game!

That was neat.  I liked where this was going.  My suggestions would be for the main character talking, I would have cut out the outside of the character and made that transparent.  Even if it wasn't colored, it would have at least looked like a cutout.  For Sound effects, look up pink noise, that's kind of what they use in StarTrek for the engine rumbling.  Also, a satisfying *SNIP* when you cut the cord would have been cool too.

Yeah sadly we ran out of time. I couldn't finish the protag's sprite as I had work the next morning, but the dev managed to put it in so there wouldn't be nothing there.

Same thing for the sound, we ran out of time and we decided better to deliver something incomplete than nothing at all :P

Submitted

Agreed and that's completely understandable.

Any sound would have been great even if it was just some ambient low-end rumble.

Developer

Dully noted, that's a nice low effort trick. :)

I really like where the story was going, space trucking is a great concept. I wish it was longer, but with the time constraints it makes sense. Hope to see more!

I liked the dialogue, it had personality, though it could benefit from rewording some lines here and there. I couldnt get the wire puzzle to work and I wished that there was music and soundFX in the game.

had no idea how to get out of sniping wires

Developer

The normal thing was to cut the right wires in the bottom part (not in the screen). You may have found a bug though. I'll check that if I manage to collect enough willpower to reopen the hood.
