Any other notes?
I kinda rushed it so it might be buggy. Also, the theme was kinda lost in the rush, but basically the intruder/monster was always there in the office with you.

Cool game! Having the option to look at the door added a good amount of tension as I was constantly looking to see if something was there. The dialogue was fun. The monster reveal was good and effective. Great job! :D
Haha I thought I was being smart by looking at the door the whole time, I was not expecting the guy to be on the phone. Really good stuff, good buils of suspense and a good payoff. The monster wasn't particularly scary, but listening the costumers was very entertaining for me.
Good work!
The game made me feel the tension well.
This game was a lot of fun!
It was a simple premise, executed very solidly, with a good blend of horror and comedy.
The ending section was genuinely creepy. There are few things that make me nervous more than sitting with my back to an open door, especially with the added context of the story. The monster reveal was good, both in the design and how it was done.
It would be good if there was a bit more to do, maybe with some sort of activity or puzzle solving for resolving some of the calls, or something to do between calls.
Good job!
I really enjoyed playing this game! The rattling sound the intruder made was a great touch. The dialogue was both funny and ominous at times, adding to the overall experience. I didnβt encounter any bugs, so great job on that! *Donβt tell anyone, but you managed to get a jump scare out of me.*
Very accurately captures the trials and tribulations of being in customer support and having to put up with people that have no idea what they're doing. Some of this delivery is very funny and absolutely would be the kind of trivialities people would call into tech support for. Fun twist at the end! I think there's plenty of ways you could merge this with some gameplay mechanics if you were so inclined - why not multitask and have to field calls whilst keeping an eye out for the guy behind you to ward him off?
Nice game! You did a very good job at building up tension. I didn't encounter any bugs during my playthrough. Good work!
