I loved the music
Difficult game but i got the hang of it eventually and made it through a couple levels, nice work:)
The music is a bop, I loved it :D I think the physics and general worm design need to be changed. I didn't really understand how to defeat the worms and I just had to skedaddle my way to the exit. It was fun though! Needs some work, but it still kept me invested for some time :)
It's just not working, Enemy catch you right when you launch the game and you can't use stairs, even worse they block you so you can't progress.
But the aesthetics is good tho !
Couldn't get left shift to work either, someone else said to use right shift and I tried it and it worked but the levels were still too hard. The random generation has some flaws for sure but it could work as an endless climber if you refine it. As for positives, the art style is very fitting here! I love the use of negative space. Feels like a game I would play on coolmathgames but in a good way. Like a hidden gem or something
Music is EXCELLENT
Also the hardest game I've ever played, I could not get left shift to work

it looks nice even if platformer not my type :D
I like the style and graphics, but the physics seem very wonky. The random generation is also very strange, sometimes I am trapped because a floating staircase is in front of me, other times I spawn in and am killed by the creature within seconds. The shift mechanic helps me escape but I just clip through the entire map.
But I really like the concept and enjoyed what I could out of it
I really liked the look of the one, cool concept for the graphics. Gameplay was definitely difficult for me (and I believe the controls are wrong, it says left shift in the description but I had to press right shift?), might be nice like someone else mentioned to have some sort of difficulty curve at the beginning. Good work!
I think there is something here, makings of a fun infinite type arcade game. Visual are great, stylistic and kinda vibing. I think the music is just the type that won't get annoying to listen to, but that of course needs to be tested. Sound effects would be neat too. Only thing holding this back now is that the mechanics and advancing through the "ascensions" is unclear. I think in the first level everything kinda happens so fast that you don't really get to understand what you should do, so lowering the speed of the worms or something for the first level would be immensely helpful to never players. The left shift mechanic should probably be taken out too, it defeats the purpose of the game when you can just fly through the nearest wall and go to the goal in 3 seconds hehe ^^
Regardless, good work nonetheless! I hope you continue working on this because I think I would love to sink hours just mindlessly playing it!
Music was a bop and the overall art style was very nice to look at! It would have been nice to have some UI that explains the controls somewhere in the game so people don't have to scroll down to the description. Other then that good game :D
Hey I would retest your game, can't even ascend one level the bird doesn't jump high enough
