For a 10 day jam its a good start, if you continue working on it I would spend a lot of time getting the camera setup perfectly cause if the player can't control them then you need to make them perfect so they don't feel the desire to adjust the view.

Got a little Resident evil feeling when playing, good job. Not so much to do but a good start.
I tried to get into the portal without success.

As a heads up, your download looks a little malformed -- the actual working version of the game is inside the data folder rather than the one at the top level, and the top level exe doesn't work.

I think probably the most novel idea here is actually the second person narration coupled with direct character control -- sort of feels like those games that have a narrator describing what's going on. The unused environment was neat too. But yeah, keep working on games, jams are a great opportunity to learn stuff haha
