I finally got round to jumping on my PC to play this :D Really enjoyed it! I loved that it was creepy but didn't require me to do anything too stressful cos I love horror games so much, but whenever you have to fight stuff or have a health bar of some kind, I usually need cheats in order to play cos being scared prevents me from proceeding, haha.

One of the jump scares I saw in the stream the other day still got me xD I bloody knew it would!

Anyways, it was fun :3 I appreciated the voice over, especially with it giving me a general idea of what I was supposed to be doing cos I'm not the best at figuring things out x3 Being able to just google for walkthroughs has kinda destroyed my deductive abilities over the years, haha.

When I got the gun I went charging into the garden with bravado, only to then proceed to inch along the tunnels below xD I don't like dark cramped spaces T_T When I eventually found the lair of the creatures, I was like, right, you're getting shot in the head immediately! Sooo, was kinda anxious when I realised that it wouldn't make any difference and I had no choice but to go get nommed!

Gotta say, I also really loved that title screen music <3

Oh, and after reading the game page, I feel ya on the sleepless nights/days xD I don't think I've slept for more than 3-4 hours per night since I decided I was gonna attempt an entry for this jam, haha.

PS. Do I detect a fellow Brit? x3

WOW! Thank you so much for the kind words & detailed thoughts on the game. I am so glad you liked it & the Jumpscare got you. I like to think it get's most people because the build up  is quite well paced, that by the time it happens you feel fairly safe.

I am currently working on expanding it quite a bit so I can't to show more. A lot of the mechanics are ready to go, just need to work on enviroments & yes!!

I am a total brit LMAO.

Hope you & your loved ones are safe & well.

The monsters were quite freaky, but the controls were a bit frustrating at times - and I found myself confused on what to do exactly at certain parts. I had fun playing it, regardless! Excellent work.

hey thanks for checking out my game. Controls can be tricky I guess because ultimately this will be a bigger project so a lot of the mechanics are implemented & as a result have very limited function at this time. I agree with your feedback however & feel I could have done better explaining it. To that end, I am extremely grateful for you taking the time to check it out and leave me some feedback. Much appreciate friend.

The slow moments helped build the tension, i really loved it, the open ending is also awesome, good writing, when i woke up in the middle of the night i didn't know if i had to do something so i explored the house every time lol, but i really liked it, i didn't expect the sewers level, it was also great
