I like the fairly innovative use of effects, different styles and framing devices used in this VN. The nod to Junji Ito is always a welcome reference too. I think another technological motif instead of spirals may have been more apt to explore the idea of technology and mind control inherent in the narrative. 

One thing I'd note about absurdist/surreal approaches to VNs is to maintain focus and cohesion. It's really easy to have narrative collapse when stories are all over the place aesthetically and thematically, and it can be mistaken as obfuscation. However, the fact the narrative was pretty consistently focused from the same perspective addressed this to some extent.

Oh wow this really was intense and engaging story wise, not much of a game in a traditionnal way but it really is one of the best entry I played so far

I have a lot of games to go, but I think I can confidently say this is the most unique entry. I'm not sure "game" is even accurate, as opposed to multimedia experience.
