- Looks like you took some of my suggestions and spent those 6 days working hard on your game. You've done a great job at improving the gameplay by making it last longer and have way more interesting mechanics. While the controls still feel clunky and unresponsive you've improved on your game design. Including a well worded guide was also a great idea. There's still some downsides however, you need to improve on the design part, the artstyle is simple and nice but a little inconsistent with the flame costume you used, try making your own fire animation to improve that and make it fit in with the rest. I quite liked playing the game but it would probably be too hard for most players even on easy mode right now simply because of the unresponsive controls, smoother player movement would fix that issue easily. In terms of the jam theme, there isn't alot of sound effects but the existing ones sound good and fit in with the game itself. The multiple background songs are also a good touch.

This game looks promising, but it can be confusing, especially since there are a lot of bugs and sometimes it feels unresponsive. This game needs improvement. But the overall design of this game is OK.
I'll give a score of 5/10.

First off, the jumps. It doesn't respond all the time and he jumps way too high. Second, once the timer goes out, the boss shows up and then fire clones just dashes all over the place, making it almost impossible to avoid. Perhaps, maybe make the fire clones drop down faster and add a longer wait time.
Thanks for the feedback but the jumping high is intentional, I wanted to have a way the player could get away from the boss quickly, traverse the map fast, and dodge fire as well.
I understand what you mean, but I don't have any others ideas except adding a jetpack probably, or I could have a car that could drive around the map or something, but idk how to fix the jumping high issue.
Nice, Easy and Normal are too easy and Hard is annoying not because it's hard but because the roll feels unresponsive. You should improve un those parts, the rest is quite nice and fits the theme though. You can improve the roll by lowering the cooldown between each and adding sound effect cues to show when the cooldown is over and you can roll again. With the high cooldown right now it basicly makes the stamina bar feel useless because 90% of the time it feels like it regens before your roll cooldown even ends.
