I encountered some bugs from time to time but it is expected at such a hard concept to implement. Great job! Keep up the good work!

Reminds me of Heave Ho :D There is some weird physics related bugs, but overall it was fun to play
Really good game, kinda crazy the thing you did there with the hands to climb, really good job! it did was a bit hard tho.. but really nice!
Played it again and got quite far! It's really cool and unique (reminds me a bit of a game i made before haha) and the artstyle is very cute. I think if the mechanics were a bit more consistent and clearer it would help a ton (sometimes i cant tell which arm is left and which is right.. maybe it's a skill issue?)
this game is cool, I realy like the art style, maybe the static camera can make some jumps a little bit harder but is not a big problem
I really like this game. i hope you like my gameplay video on the general discord chat. the mechanics are REALLY FUN. i like how the theme for mutation is the arms lololol
the only problem is that the character randomly catapults for no reason ):
I'm really bad at it, but the mechanics are cool! If there was one thing I could change, I think it would be the static camera, it made it really hard to do certain obstacles as I flashed between scenes on the edge of transition.
Yeah you’re right, there are definitively some points that the camera can flash and be a bit annoying and I take blame on this one.
We chose a fixed camera as it helped streamline a bit of my team’s artist (@cystole) workflow in some places.

We also got a bit inspired by how Rainworld and Jump King’s camera work.
I would have to find a way to solve this one out, either by better level design or some clever background transition.
Thanks for the feedback :D
Uh oh… after some self-research, apparently the jitterness issues are kinda Godot 4’s fault.

I’ll see if changing the physics engine to rapier2d/box2d or tick-rate can fix it
Cool game! It's a bit buggy though, I loved the mechanic of rolling and jumping but once the hands got introduced I got stuck, it has alot of potential though!
Thank you :D
Yeah… I recently found out that Godot (the game engine I was using) recently ditched their Bullet Physics Engine by an in-house one and the result out of the box is… 😅 Sometimes not the greatest.
I came with a quick patch that increase the physics time-step so it jitters less. If you’d like, feel free to give a second try. Cheers!
I will admit the game is a little (maybe a lot) buggy, but I still had a very fun and challenging time getting to the top! I had a lot of fun drawing assets for you (although I wish you put more rocks ;]) This is one of my favorite game jam submissions, and with a little finetuning and better explaining of the movement- I think it would be unbeatable in terms of fun and incorporation of both themes! <3
Neat game! I wasn't able to beat it because my jump kept breaking, but it seems pretty solid!
This game has a lot of personality. It's so cool how the blue balls expression changes, and the level art is also very good. I really would have liked to keep playing to see the rest, but I could not figure out the climbing controls. I got the first hat, which made me giggle when I saw the blue ball wearing cowboy boots. Nice job!
