What a fun platformer! The gameplay is the best part in my opinion, the art is also funky and cool. The merge mechanic is neat. Good job on the game!
Scored 143! I was wondering if the jump shouldn't get heavier as the blob gets larger too? Also was curious how the platforms were setup; are they being generated as you drop down or move upward? I was falling and falling and didn't notice a pattern; was thinking maybe you were randomly arranging them as the player navigated? The music is fun! Very blobby. :)
Hello and thank you so much for your comment! I thought about making the jump weaker and weaker but I figured it wouldn't be user friendly since at some point jumping is pretty much your only way to move.
I would love to share to you the map generation system but it would be easier for me to explain it via discord, with pics and all.

Easy at first, but then starts getting a bit more challenging. Art is a bit rough to the eyes but the gameplay is there!

It looked very easy, but it became a lot harder as I grew in size. My best score is 127. Nice work ;)
The main character looks a little blurry, you could change it from bilinear to point (no filter ) in the import settings of the picture to change that, but perhaps is it intentional?

Graphics are in a lot of different styles. I dont like this but I have a lot of fun playing this. Overall this is a good game.

Fun game. The concept is very simple but the execution is very good. (best score 157)
It might be a good idea to put a little more space between the platform as you can get stuck when you get very big.
