I generally don't like to rate games low because I don't like being too negative about what are usually labors of intense love and effort.  However, I tend to take issue with people publishing low effort underdeveloped software tumors which clutter the games library while justifying their own existence by being "gonzo" or exploiting dank memes in place of substance.  If it were an inside joke, it probably shouldn't have been published to itch's larger audience.  I don't feel bad about giving it a low rating because I don't think the creator put any love or effort into this for them to actually feel attacked.
