Does anyone need a music man for this jam?

I produce electronic music and am dying to collaborate with someone for some inspiration and new experiences!

Although I don't have game jam experience, here is a demo playlist containing 10 background songs that I made for a friend's turn-based cyberpunk JRPG. Lot's of people are loving it and maybe this style is something you would love to have:

I make a wide variety of melodic beat-oriented tunes (or ambiance) with techy sounds and live instrumentation samples - tempos range from trip hop to ambient, house, downtempo, synthwave, trance, etc. Need epic crescendos for your story's heartbreaking finale? Or creepy sinister ambiance for navigating the main villain's lair? Or peaceful tunes for a hub area to chill your player out? Or a badass heart-pumping stomper for getting the player in the mood to murder hundreds of enemies in a limited amount of time?

Hope to work with you and have some fun :)

It's super nice of you to offer your composition skills for this jam!

The last music artist I worked with for a game jam, it was only a three day live event, and that was a super time crunch for production.  The things that made him memorable as a joy to work with were: asking about theme and tone before composing, quick creation of a working sample loop (like 3 hours turnaround) and ability to take feedback and critique and use them to turn the sample into a polished final piece.

I'm sure you will do excellently, especially with a longer time frame to collaborate across.  Once I have my design pinned down, I can share my art-board and mini GDD with you if you like, and we can see if if it's a project that interests you :)

Does anyone of you make anime style music?
I'm planning to make a classic anime oriented game based on 80-90's series.

describe what is "anime music" for you

or send music in that style

Greetings ClockMaker!

JPOP It's a pink pop style, mostly ballads, with electronic and synth elements,  some times using piano.
I could use any tender, happy soft pop. A small loop of 32- 64 compasses could work as background music.
No lyrics needed at all.

I've heard your soundcloud and i think you can emulate the style easily. In fact "March toward the sun"  could be easily usable as bg for an anime game.

pretty interested ! can we talk via discord ?
