Unfortunately I couldn't play this because of a dll file missing which is a shame because I really wanted to have a go!

Developer

What did the error say? Windows Defender or antivirus settings may have ate the UnityPlayer.dll, that’s been known to happen. It’s a safe Unity build. :)

Ah that's what it was! Thanks for letting me know, I'll ty it again.

Another Unite entry! Congratulations on the submission! :) I noticed I made it to the special thanks in your credits, and it made my day! I would love to see you build more on the battle system.  Absolutely loved your camera work in the cutscenes!

Thanks! Your dev blogs from The Northsong Rift on bridging Unity-Unite together were super helpful. Glad to see you made a submission, too!

Kudos for creating a game in Unite, it's a beast.

Kind of reminds me of the good ol' wizardy 8 days

Controls take a little getting used to
Needed a map by the end haha

Developer

Thanks for playing! The controls actually use the same “party” actor system as all RPG Makers, logically. So >Set Move Route, etc., affect your character just as they would in 2D, translated to the 3D worldspace by their official 3D Dungeon add-on. Definitely has some quirks (if you don’t disable dash on these maps, your first-person move speed is a madman’s) but it’s neat.
