The look of this is on point. It's impressively clean. We're talking Apple level of clean interface. The sound and also the rotating system work well together. 

I did struggle with the jitteriness of the rotating bar. You may want to consider using lerping to smooth out the rotation.

This shows how to do it for 3d, but it should work pretty similar for 2d.

Interesting take on 2-button rhythm games. However, aside from the jerkiness of the judgment line, I found that notes appeared ahead of time a bit too late, making them hard to read in advance.

I like the look of your game! However, I wish the rotation was smoother :( the low fps is putting me off

Thank you for your feedback. How the line working is rotating by 22.5 degrees for each step but I'm still finding the solution to make it smoother.

You could probably get away with not connecting the rotation step to the beat and just move it per frame. Maybe then you can just adjust the RPM.
