This was really awesome, it took me a bit to really get it down but once I did I had a ton of fun. The level of challenge was nice and I really like the badge system, once I figured out what each of them did I was able to make more optimal runs. The whole system with infecting/transforming enemies is really cool, there were so many moments where I thought I was gonna lose but then BOOM the enemies walk into my allies and all get transformed. Super, super satisfying. The shooting felt great too, just the right amount of juice. I'm at the top of the leader board yippee!!!!!
Glad to see that someone finaly managed to beat the game, and also enjoyed it. Out of curiosity, which infected sprite on the start screen did you like the most?
Te kind of beige one with the light blue accents, with the big floppy ears, near the end of the selection. I selected then for all my attempts.
I really love the idea that your downed enemies turn into allies. This was fun!
Maybe in part because I'm not super familiar with the style of game that this was reviving, it took me a minute to figure out that the enemies were starting more transparent and I had to wait to shoot them. But once I figured that out I was able to plan moving and dodging a little more effectively!
