Really cool reverse engineering fractal game. Lots of possibilities for other vibes (alien parts, crystals, characters with accessories, custom designs, etc). Would also be nice to build out the leveling, maybe there's multiple modes (ez, medium, hard). I did get a bunch of similar puzzles in a row, might be good to prevent that. And I'd make the user start from scratch each time, though with the right leveling maybe it makes sense to keep building on. Thanks for jamming!

Personally I kind of like not destroying the players' creation on every new level, to make it feel more like a sandbox! But yeah I take your point that starting from scratch each time may be a better framing.

Maybe don’t destroy their creation immediately, but let it sit for a second then have the levels fall off one by one like the plant is dying.
