Interesting game! I included it in my Pixel Horror Jam compilation video series, if you'd like to take a look :)

Decent little game that shows a lot of potential. It was immediately clear that the developer put a decent amount of consideration into the boss fights, and they were executed fairly well. The ambient story was told in a way that engages the player and gives him/her some agency, even though the ending was a bit of a disappointment for me. Regardless, there is enough story here to create some atmosphere and it serves the game well. The sound design has its highs and lows. At the high points, the music sets the tone and intensity perfectly. I especially liked the starting room's music. The combat was cumbersome and clunky. This is the hardest part of any game to get "right" so it was the easiest to overlook.

Its a nice little game, here are the things i liked: the inventory system works quite well and it looks like the one in resident evil wich i like very much, some of the character sprites are charming even if they are kinda blurry, when there is music it works well, the story behind the motel is kinda interesting and the ending is very cool.

Now he things i did not like: i think the game is too silent for most of the time, the combat is not very pleasant since the character has a delay to turn in the direction i am pressing and the final problem is the sides of the screen are cut, making it kinda hard to read some of the text.

But overall i liked it!

the woman in cleaning room 1A is prejudiced against the main character. I assume racially motivated, as she won't stop throwing knives at me whenever I go near her to tell her that there is a biohazard of a bathtub in room 1H.
