- I found the game running smoothly. I would like a bit more variety on the characters. The sound effects and music are good. The alchemy part is very obvious when playing, however unsure about the Shadow aspect. The dialogue felt pretty long and might benefit from having the ability to skip. Good job on the game! I look forward to seeing what you create for the next Jam!

This is a game about running a back-alley potions shop where you fulfil customer requests for specific potions. This task involves selecting the right ingredients to fit the customers’ requests throughout the day, referring to the potion book if needed.
Then, the potion has some positive or negative influence on the customer’s goals.
One special customer will appear each day.
Extra Notes
The game design literally interprets the theme of “alchemy” via the inclusion of a potion-making mechanic.
The game design implements “shadows” in two ways. One is that the potion shop exists in a shadowy back-alley. The other is that “shadows” are a species of creature in the world known for causing havoc. (Some of the people you serve may be looking for a potion that will help them against the shadows…or they may even be a shadow in disguise!)
