  • There was no explanation in the game to teach the player how to play the game. Regardless, I was able to beat the game through some struggle. If you'd like to increase the playability score, make the game more accessible. The theme score was quite low because none of the gameplay had anything to do with shadows or alchemy. Cleverness is low as well, because the game was quite simple, yet at the same time tough to play. The artistic style was simple enough, which made what mechanics were there, understandable to the player. Negatives aside, the game was functional, didn't crash, and was charming in its own way. Keep at it. Best of luck in the next game jam!

I couldn't complete in time. Also I focused too much on gameplay so art,music and UI is very lacking even as ideas. But I did learn a lot so that was fun

That's nice that you figured out deconstruction, I also had that idea but worked on everything else first and never put it in due to time. With what you have so far it might improve by making the window larger in the itch settings. I noticed the You Win text was cut off and expecting a bigger window, which also affected me
