- I think you have a great idea going here for a shmup. I would honestly try to make it more difficult by introducing more projectiles on the screen :)

ShadeShift is a bullet hell game with the main mechanic being shifting from light to shadow to deal damage, as well as avoid it. With each boss kill, you will acquire upgrades to increase your ships capabilities
Left Click – Fire bullets
Shift Key – Change to and from light and shadow
WASD – Movement
E Key – Unlocked with a later ability

I started gamedev in Feburary after I lost my job in January. I still haven't been able to find a job, but this gave me so much joy to work on and complete. A huge thank you to the discord for supporting me and cheering me on.
