- Great twist on a platformer, loved the little joke about the jump. The interaction when you had the moving box and level in between the other boxes was a bit too tight for how the character responded, at least compared to everything else imo. I got past it but it was a weird one. Boss was a cool puzzle that I wasn't sure on how to beat honestly, will come back and try again after judging (I got past first phase but middle button/light killed me before I could move. I probably did something wrong.) Also, for the sake of consistency, your shadow king walks through candlelight at the end of the intro ;P

The player is a shadow that is unable to jump (at least for now) and must use their flattening ability to squeeze under boxes or into holes in walls to navigate through various puzzles. They will also have a dagger that they can use to interact with switches from a distance. The player must do all this while avoiding any source of light as well as the very cult of alchemists who put them in this shadow state. The player will encounter bosses who must be defeated using their brain instead of through force. Doing this will result in a new power for the player to utilize in the following levels.
