  • the shovel blade couldn't be picked up so couldn't finish the game. I like the direction this is going. some equipment indicators would be nice for the axe for example. at least have it show up in the inventory.

Tell us about your game!
In Cozy Necromancer you take on the role of Nicodemus. A wanderer who is looking for a new place to call home. Upon reaching a serene glen with an old forgotten cemetery, he decides to settle in and call this place home.

While the [Game Design Document](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1vO2q3goHNTQhH8pO1IyF3rvtR2yAJEC6V8YHCjTemlE/edit?usp=sharing) can offer you some insight into why we made this game, the long and short of it is Necromancy is kind of the perfect analogy for "shadow alchemy". You're taking the negative energy and the lifeless matter and transforming those components into something new and living.

Extra Notes
** IMPORTANT **
Upon testing the submission, there was a core piece of the game that got messed up. Before we get could get another build up the submission cut off occurred.

You will find that you require a "shovel head" to move further in the game, and the interactable script on that object got disabled somehow. We apologize for any negative experiences this may cause. After the jam voting period we will have a fix out. Until then, when you need the shovel head, you have "finished" the current game.

Only played for about 5 minutes. But love the overall feel. It looks like  an RPG from the Dreamcast-era with a nice idea behind it. Also liking the artwork, especially within that 2.5 week timeframe!
