  • Thea idea of the game is fun. I love the design and that killing enemies gives you recourses. The game it self is a bit buggy, character was auto targeting enemies. restarting game leaves me with material from last run. Over all game looks interesting but it needs some polishing. Keep working on it.

This is a game where you fight monsters and gather ingredients in a 2D world and use those ingredients to brew potions and spells to survive the monsters that now plague this Earth!

Theme interpertations:
‘Shadows’ interpretation - The world is being consumed by the Shades. The world is slowly degrading and new shade creatures plague this world to haunt its residents.

‘Alchemy’ interpretation - The main character is a plague doctor who uses ingredients to gain powerful buffs to help eradicate the Shade scourge.


Mechanics:
You can craft potions in their home using harvested ingredients, each with individual stats or power-ups. After you're done crafting, you can advance out to the combat field. Here you need to survive until the next day dawns. The combat is automatic and you will just need to dodge a horde of enemies and collect their ingredients when shadelings drop their loot.

A nice and simple vampire survivor game, with the unique twist of alchemy used for upgrades.

Well done. 

Would have loved more ingredients/upgrades/enemies, but still a fun small game.

Thanks for the feedback! Due to the time constraints, small team and learning Godot and pixel art for the first time, we unfortunately did not manage to produce more content.

With more time we would have added more ingredients, monsters and powerups. Would also have loved to add a recipe book for keeping track of learned buffs.
