- I liked a bunch of the UI features. It's the same UI that got my stuck in the game though. I was able to click through the cauldron's menu to the map. I clicked somewhere on the map, and the game crashed. I went back to try the game again, but still couldn't brew any potions. The game should be presented in a way where the very first thing you do is to do the thing you need to do to progress you towards your first end goal. I don't think the game is set up that way. I liked the art and the charm of the game. I think it just needs some optimization. Thank you for your submission!
- Interesting game idea! I like how you implemented the shadow theme into the game's premise itself, and thought the alchemy theme implementation worked well. I would like to have seen a slightly more straightforward UI. It was a little confusing because there was a grayed out overlay over the potion selection screen when I played, so I was unable to really see the potion options or figure out where to select them. I think, if improved, the game would play a lot easier because the tutorial you've included is already very good.

So exciting to see a Renpy entry! I like the concept as well, I don't know if it's on my end but I can only forage in the forest, I can't do anything else. The art looks cute though, nice work.
thankyou so much for having a look! There isn't much to do unfortunately the others who were doing the code side and the music side had irl situations during the jam so it didn't get enough gameplay done
Thank you for playing, and be sure to watch out, because after voting is over, we will be making a push to develop more of the actual gameplay side.
(Replying both at once) Oh I'm sorry to hear that irl stuff impacted your development, I like the direction that you guys were going though, and at least you all managed to submit a prototype! That's still something cool!
So you guys are gonna continue to develop the game? I'll make sure to save it and come back to it when it's more complete, nice work!
Dang your artist did a banger job with the adorable witchy girl and the cool af backgrounds. I would've loved to see the full game, but I appreciated and enjoyed getting to see the artwork at least!
Thankyou so much for your time!

I really appreciate the home cooked artwork, very cute style, well done!
Thankyou so much!!
