- even tho you had a tutorial I think the controls where a little confusing to use. I would try to maybe use the mouse click for attacking and then chosing a skill.
Did you include your Game Design Document as a Google Drive link?
Yes, also as a link
Seriously... did you include your Game Design Document?
Yes, both as a link and as a file just to be extra sure it's there.
Is your game set to Public so we can see it?
Yes

The game's core system is based around alternating between light and dark modes where you have access to either defensive (light) or offensive (dark) abilities and as you use abilities from one side you recharge the other.
The story is pretty simple, to actually non-existant, in the game. You are an alchemist who can manipulate their energy into light and dark energy and one morning while warming up you get attacked from monsters coming from a nearby cave. At which point you decide to explore it and find a monster who's the origin of those monsters.
Extra Notes
I'm honestly surprised I even managed to put something together, as since the last jam I started working full-time, and I was pleasantly surprised at how much can be done if I actually put myself to it.
This game was also quite enjoyable to make and I believe I will keep working on it after remaking some of the basic components like the ability system as it isn't as modular and flexible as I'd want it to be for a longer game.
I was honestly a bit sad I realized it too many days into the jam as otherwise I could have also put some elemental abilties as well...oh well, that'll have to wait.

Fun game! I really like some of those attacks, the big AOE attacks are super satisfying!
I got stuck when I was told to walk north?? Would love to know where I was meant to go :)
Hi! Thank you!
If you go "north" or up...my bad there... you'll find a couple brown walls that stick out like a sore thumb, after fighting the enemies you can break those and progress.
