  • The GDD sounds promising as it proposes manipulation of shadows (reminding me of Aragami), to create a way through a puzzly world of shadows. The art is nothing to write home about, but it conveys the concept of the game fairly well. Some more time on hand would do this game quite well.
  • the game doesnt exactly work, there is no gravity, but it doesnt crash and there seems to be no way to progress, but it runs, you made a gdd, I hope next year you can make your idea with less stress and more time to bug test
  • You can jump through the border walls. Wasn't sure what to do even after reading the GDD. Maybe a tutorial would have helped the player understand what the puzzles are.
  • From the GDD, the game concept looks very promising, I understand you couldn't implement more due to time constraints and due to other factors, but I will rate it as I saw it and taking the GDD into account. The idea is great, gathering ingredients, crafting, solving puzzles to progress, I would love to see how you make that work! It would have been nice to see at least one puzzle, even just a simple one. Another thing to note is that the character is able to 'jump' out of the map, there is also no gravity, which makes the jump a dash. (If it's meant to be like that, disregard the last part.) Thank you for your hard work, keep making things!

Extra Notes
I don´t know it i did it right while submitting xD.
I put the GDD as a Link to the Google Doc, I couldn´t find to download it as a Google Doc to upload it as a downloadable file.

We also had to learn for university, so we didn´t put much time in this game.
