  • Nice game! Despite its simple nature it implements the theme well. The controls could use a little work but this holds a lot of potential.

Story:
It's spreading... a picture of you in your clandestine line of work, taken by some random civilian. You were sloppy, and now your secret life is teetering on the edge of oblivion. Stop that picture from spreading too far by finding phones with the downloaded evidence. Using nothing but your athleticism, wit, and state-of-the-art, tax-funded grappling hook, it's time to bring your A game…

Gameplay:
Levels are very short, meant to be completed in a few seconds. Use your grappling hook to quickly bump into every enemy on each stage, smashing their cell phones and reducing the number of copies of your leaked photograph. Avoid spikes and shutterbugs (people holding cameras with hats). Your goal is to earn as many stars from a level as possible - faster times earn more stars. The core gameplay loop involves repeatedly doing a level, optimizing your time as much as possible.

Additional mechanic information:
The standard hook pulls you towards where it lands - you can fling yourself by timing your release, or you may swing around. The balloon hook bounces you away from where the hook lands, and the magnet hook destroys any phones it hits. Magnet hooks have limited uses. The timer for each level starts after you move. The first 3 levels only have the standard hook, but on most additional levels you may press tab to switch between two different hook types.

Controls:
Move with A and D, jump and double jump with W
Crouch with S, roll by moving while crouching
Aim your grapple hook with your mouse
Fire a grapple hook by holding the left mouse button
Release your hook by releasing the left mouse button
On certain levels, toggle your grapple hook with Tab
Advance cut-scenes with the Spacebar
Enter the pause menu with Escape
Quick-restart a level with R
