The game controls using WASD to move, and mouse1 to shoot. Destroy Guardians to bring down barriers.
In a bleak future, a self-sufficient city has exhumed life from its streets and begun to expand into its own organism. It will expand over the entire planet if not stopped, by depriving the city of its means to expand. Attack the city's control towers, and survive its spiraling growth.

The Protagonist ship is agile and fires a spew of bullets to survive
Blue Twinkling portals send you deeper into the city

Guardians sustain barriers to bar your progress
Wicked Flowers sends city constructs at you at a flood pace

Navigate a twisting maze at a blazing pace to cut off the spread of the city.

Did you remember to include your Game Design Document?

Extra Notes
This was all our first game jam and for at least one of us, it was their first-ever game project. We're all thankful for the length of this jam too. Squishing it between day jobs and college classes, it was a huge lesson for all of us.

There's a lot we want to share, and show others. Making games in gamemaker, using gamemaker like flash, or going on to try out Godot. We're seriously abuzz right now as this gets submitted. Most of all we want to see where this game can end up, we had big plans that didn't come to fruition within the deadline. We want to take what we learned and push a little further.
