I really like the idea, the screen lagged due to all the creatures, maybe have an instance limit? I also ran out of oxygen too quickly, I liked the flamethrower, good spreading, game was a little too tough, but I think if I played it some more i'd probably do better, great job!

- I noticed a few performance issues but the game is enjoyable and fun! I did suffocate because I didn't notice the O2 bar over the flamethrower action and O2 doesn't last very long, so maybe you could make it more visable and put it somewhere else? But the music is on point and increases the fun! Good game, thanks for making it!
Did you include your Game Design Document in your downloadable files?
Yes
Tell us about your game!
Guy Botanist, the Galaxy's most dangerous Botanist, has crash landed on planet Shroom VI. Help him stop the spread of the deadly sentient Mycological Menace!
Dear lord, it's spreading...
- Goal/win condition is killing all of the spreaders (the big bois)
- Spreaders move around and convert nearby tiles into mycelium, which spawn grunts.
- Grunts then attack the player.
- Player has flamethrower, which burns mycelium and propagates to adjacent mycelium tiles.
- Oxygen is your health and decays over time.
- Oxygen plants drop O2 for the player to pick up, but fire will burn them too, so spreading fire *too* much can be a bad thing and reduce resources.
- Limited controller support added.
Did you remember to include your Game Design Document?
Yes
Is your game set to Public so we can see it?
Yes
Extra Notes
Initial lag spike on first flamethrower/leafblower use is only on the html version not the exe, no idea why.
All of us were new to making a game coming into this, and I think we all learned a lot from making this. Thank you for the opportunity.
