- Very enjoyable game, would love to see an expansion of the story, or narrative elements to guide the player better. Sound effect improvements would also be amazing!
Did you include your Game Design Document in your downloadable files?
yes
Tell us about your game!
A topdown survival, you play as a character locked in a type of abandoned building, walls broken apart and ruined, as you explore, seeing a type of vine like plant, glowing and spreading throughout the building. However, that is not the only thing these vines have spread to.
Did you remember to include your Game Design Document?
yes
Is your game set to Public so we can see it?
yes
Extra Notes
I was creating this purely solo, and for my first actual game jam where I finished making a game, however, I can see that I didnt do well compared to others, however, I did expect this, it is my first game I have published, and there is a lot I still need to learn. So even if I dont win, I am not to worried about it.
Due to time and solo development sound effects and music was something I could not produce within the time.
I will only ask I have as much feedback as I can get so I may try to improve more then the plan I've given myself.
If curious on if I would do anything different next time, I would of course work on sound effects and music, but also try to get some more story into it, bits of backstory for the area your currently in. I would also try to improve the enemy AI, maybe get it to be more zombie / marionette like, to have the theme of the vines spreading and puppeteering the host.

Major kudos for getting this entry together Evil! <3 I loved the character art and overall mood of it! I think the biggest addition left to be made is some ambient sound to add to the vibe.
