Like the concept. However, the double jump doesn't boost the player high enough and this led to me getting soft-locked just after acquiring it. Also had some problems with collision, I ended up inside walls a lot of time times, I think this may be due to the acceleration. Keep up the work, I would love to play-test more after some patching and polish.

Hello, Thanks for playing our game!! For the soft-lock, there is actually a reset button within the pause menu (Esc button). It was added towards the end of development and because of that, its not properly known to anyone playing it. Should've probably mention somewhere that its there. Anyway, thanks again for checking out our game and for the feedback!!

Hey, great job finishing your game for the jam! A couple of notes, I have a hard time progressing fairly early in the game, the jump just does not seem to go far enough, but it might just be me. From a level design perspective, everything is very dark, and there's not very much contrast between the platforms and the background. This makes it hard to see where I'm supposed to jump. In addition a lot of the platforms are very close together, so it gets to be a tight squeeze sometimes. Overall, great start on your project, and I hope you keep working on it!

Thanks so much for playing! We really wanted the jump to feel more powerful over time, I think the level design could be adjusted to make it less painful during those initial few segments.
Also the tile sets, animations, and backgrounds were done in house -- asking for more contrast is great feedback for making sure the usable platforms are clear <3 :)
