Love this hack, it has a super great concept, I feel like it could be something very special in the future. The Sprites were AMAZING, as well as the overall idea for the hack. I will definitely be looking out for the updates in the future.

Happy to hear you enjoyed it! Look forward to future updates!

This was done so good! I can't wait to see what else that will be added in the future. Loved the concept of the nodes and that you get to choose ships and partners. The music was also really good too. I found a bug that only happened while playing on the N64. When you get to the screen where you get to select what node you will go to next, the game crashes after a few seconds so i had to play it on emulator. But i overall, great job!

Yeah sorry we didn't make it console compatible. But glad you had a good time with it!

This is such an amazing concept! I would love to see how far this goes, unlocking new ships and copilots. A balance of schmup, roguelike exploration, and Paper Mario battles is definitely not something I thought I wanted until now.

Coming right off from The Legendary Starship, the ship here felt a bit slow and didn't fire very fast, but that might just be because I played that one first. Keep up the good work, I can't wait to see what's next!

To be fair that uses decomp. But maybe we could make it faster? Not sure. I'll ask Nine about that soonish.

this hack was really sick. loved the customization ideas, was extremely interested by all of the nodes, and i liked the spritework. just a really cool ride and i had a big dumb smile on my face from start til finish. personal winner pick. as a note i think some of the spread fireball hitboxes were odd because i definitely got hit a couple times and took no damage. as another note the fact that you made the tutorial the way that it was is just like maybe my favourite kind of thing ever.

I'm happy to hear you enjoyed it! There's going to be more stuff from this. We are updating it after the Jam. There are a lot of Bosses and Enemies I could not finish but will be added hopefully in the future. I hope you saw everything from the Boss at the end of this Mod.

Really fun concept, I can see this going a long way.
Sprites look superb and the maps look unique!
Extremely fun to play and overall a sweet treat.

Thanks Den! (This reminds me that I need to play your guy's Jam Mod!) Glad you enjoyed it!

My favorite hack from the JAM, really ambitious, I was really impressed with a lot of stuff, really nice job, and I really hope it gets finished one day.

So far it’s more like a proof-of-concept demo but it’s really really cool, I was intrigued from start to finish, really well done!

Yes, just a proof-of-concept demo! We plan on updating it after the Jam Voting ends.
