Message from the artist
This is the first time I've done any type of jam. I tried to make a song that was super impressive and complicated and weird that would end up saving the world. But my commute was too long, the and my work schedule did not agree with the jam schedule. So, many of the pics you will see are progress shots. I had a melody and other instruments, and right before I was about to give up on participating, I started cutting back until I liked what I had. It's simple, it's soft, and calming and I like it, so I hope anyone who listens likes it too.
Difficulty
Make a piece that has the same musical notes both forwards and backwards but doesn’t have to be an identical recording.

Very pretty piece.
really chill piece i love any type of soft piano tracks like this
really beautiful song! despite not having the time you hoped for, you did a great job :)
Very relatable story behind, Wish you moar time at next challenge!
Grats on submitting anyway!
Few things to note:
1) wish the whole thing be louder/normalized.
2) (Yup, i took time to load it into a daw) There are few notes that don't line up in reversed version.
This is really relaxing! Nice work!
Thank you!
Can definitely relate to your story. This theme wasn't certainly my cup of tee and I almost threw the towl. Glad you've shared your work anyways.
I feel like the idea at itself has quite a pleasant spaceiousness that could be furthor added by just some additional atmospheric sounddesigne. Sometimes the simple things can be more impressive than trying to engeneer a new weel and I think your song is on the right path.
Thank you so much!
The irony is that this was originally going to be a jazzy, fast paced, psuedo big band piece. Then I remembered that I don't really know how to do that. Out of all the things I had these chords remained. When I slowed it down i realized that i had something calm that drowned out the bigger, and louder thoughts. When I get the chance I'll definitely work on it more.
Love the chords. Reminds me a bit of Satie with plenty of space, melody, and room for surprises. I can hear a lot of motifs building off of this, making for a great foundation to an interesting game soundtrack. Good work!
Thank you, I really appreciate your kind words.
I've never heard of Satie, I'll have to look into them.
This is really good, the chords are fantastic. You can’t tell that it’s a palindrome without really paying attention (or being told), you managed to make it work both ways very well.
Sometimes simple is better, as shown here! Excellent work!
Such kind praise. Thank you so much.
It's really soothing :]
The chords were chosen well.
Thank you very much. I'm happy to sooth.
Very relaxing. Paints a simple but very pretty atmosphere. Great work!

soft piano awsome. Love tje cord progression remins me of the wire from House Moss:]
Thank you so much, I'll have to look into House Moss, I don't know them.
Nice one, it's calm, it's clean, it's the kind of track that would perfectly fit in a playlist "soft piano for study" to help people concentrate while working.
Thank you, I admit I've listened to many of these playlists.
Wonder soft piano tone! I wish I could listen to this piano being played for hours. Well done!
What a compliment! Thank you, you're more than welcome to do so.
So chilled out. Love the piano tone.
I appreciate it, thank you!
Lovely, calming piece, a great listen!
Thank you!
I think you did an excellent job in paring it down! We love to see another piano piece
Thank you very much. The world can always use calming pianos.
Sweet minimalist piece, I enjoyed, well done for first game jam.
Thank you very much!
Congrats on completing your first jam! This is really lovely and atmospheric, and I think the simplicity adds rather than detracts
Thank you. I had a lot of fun I can see why so many people do them. A Simple complexity is always something I strive for because I tend to overcomplicate everything. Thank you again!
